If you choose a Zurich-approved repairer, you don’t need to get quotes. We’ll handle everything directly with the repairer to get your vehicle assessed and repaired quickly.
Prefer your own repairer? You’ll need to:
- Provide a detailed quote.
- Include at least six images of the damage (with the registration plate visible).
- Wait for Zurich to assess and approve the repair.
Lodge the claim online and we will:
- Select a certified repairer for the insured.
- Contact the insured to arrange the repair.
- Approve the quote and authorise the work.
- Provide a courtesy car (subject to availability).
